Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sosnappi.com and recruiting services offered by Snappi. Snappi is operated by TalentStarter, a limited liability company (“Snappi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you enter into a separate written agreement with us, that agreement will control if it conflicts with these Terms.

1. Our Services

Snappi provides candidate sourcing and recruiting services for employers.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Search covers one position and runs for 30 consecutive days. We source and contact potential candidates, confirm interest, evaluate candidates against your criteria, and introduce qualified, interested candidates.

Snappi does not make hiring decisions on behalf of clients.

2. Pricing & Payment

Each Search is a flat $6,000 fee per position, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due before the Search begins.

The fee covers the Search itself and is not contingent on making a hire.

Clients may make multiple hires from candidates introduced through a fully paid Search without additional placement fees.

3. 14-Day Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel a Search within 14 calendar days of the Search start date for a full refund.

After the 14-day cancellation period, the Search Fee is fully earned and non-refundable, except as required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to hi@sosnappi.com.

4. Changes to Your Search

Your Search is based on the role and hiring criteria provided when the Search begins.

A significant change to the position—including its level, required qualifications, location, compensation, or other criteria that substantially changes the candidate profile—may require a new Search and Search Fee.

5. Hiring Decisions

Snappi works to identify qualified, interested candidates but cannot guarantee a specific number of candidates, interviews, offers, or hires.

Candidates may change their availability or interest at any time.

Clients are responsible for interviewing candidates, verifying qualifications and credentials, conducting any desired background or reference checks, and making their own hiring decisions.

Snappi is not the employer of candidates we introduce and is not responsible for their performance or conduct after hire.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Candidate information provided through our Services should be used only for legitimate recruiting and hiring purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snappi and TalentStarter, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, our Services, a candidate, or a hiring decision.

Our total liability relating to a Search will not exceed the amount paid to us for that Search.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted and will not retroactively change the material terms of an existing Search.
